TAI CHI
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese Internal Martial Art. Its slow and meditative moves help reduce stress, increase circulation, and helps balance our bodies with our internal energy. These classes focus on personal development or "awakening" of our
stronger spirit - using Yoga stretches, meditation and Tai Chi forms to discover a greater power within ourselves. This power is calming and vibrant, and can be used to live more fully in our daily lives.
