Here are a few reviews from some of our students

Each person has different strengths and weaknesses.  To be effective a marial arts progam nees to be adaptable enough to allow students to exploit their strengths.  Customizing a program to individual students can most effectively be done by someone who has a lot of experience.  The head instructor at PAMA, Mr C, has been teaching for over 35 years.  Teaching is what he really enjoys doing and it shows in the quality of instruction.  I've been attending classes for about 10 months and I enjoy the diversity and depth of instruction provided by Mr C and his instructors.

I highly recommend this school for both adults and children.

I started training here a few months ago, and I love it.  Kempo is really effective for fighting bigger and/or multiple opponents, and so it's great for realistic self-defense.  It's also great if you have injuries or other physical limitations, because it's a flexible system that plays to your individual strengths.  Owner Dan Cuthbertson and his staff are fantastic, the class sizes are fairly small, and they also teach Tai Chi and stick fighting (Latosa Escrima), so very well-rounded.  Highly recommend!

Growing up in Petaluma, I had always driven by the hatchery and wondered what the little martial arts school there was about, tucked in between a gun shop and a thai house. A few months ago I finally worked up the courage to poke my head inside, and I haven't stopped going back since. The place is amazing! I immediately felt the strong but relaxed sense of encouragement and growth that emanates from Mr. C (head instructor) and throughout all of the people there. The place keeps you coming back - not just for the karate - but for the sense of community and friendly faces that push you to get stronger physically as well as mentally. I would recommend this place to anyone, not just young guys like me!

The absolute best Karate school in town.  No nonsense, real people, fantastic instruction.  The kids enjoy their classes, are challenged at their level, and look forward to the next lesson.  You wont see crazy patches or 8 year old black belts walking around the parking lot wearing their belts outside.  The adult classes are a great workout both mind and body.  And you are never too old to learn!

Usually some introductory special or monthly special to just try it out, its a win win opportunity!  You'll want to join and fees are reasonable.
